While most of the US is starting to enter the chilly winter season, us South Floridians are still soaking up the sunshine! ☀️I even did a surprise beach trip with my little one yesterday 😘Gotta love Florida ‘winter’ 😉

Today, I wanted to spread some of that Florida sunshine with this bright & cheery moodboard celebrating Disney’s iconic Florida mascot - Orange Bird!

If you didn’t know, Orange Bird was first created in 1970 as a mascot for the Florida Citrus Commission in exchange for them sponsoring the Enchanted Tiki Room attraction at the Magic Kingdom. Now, he’s a vintage tropical icon that’s become synonymous with tiki huts, sunshine and Florida dreams.

Fun fact: Ever since moving to Florida, my mom collects Orange Bird pins! 🍊
